It is a freshwater part from Wisconsin with no damage (other than cosmetic) or corrosion.

There are a few knicks and scratches. Some of the decal in back is missing and other areas have some peeling of the decal.

The Wrap Around Cowl fits many Mercury 35/40(402) HP outboard motors
