This is a Mercury 4000 Gen II Panel Mount.

The throttle only button retaining tabs are broke off from improper removal
This Mercury remote control comes with a trim / tilt switch that is tested and working.
Emergency Stop switch and neutral start switch are tested and are in good operation
The cables are 11' long Gen II Mercury cables.
The cables move smoothly and the handle clicks into place.
