This sale is for one used Mercury and Mariner Outboard 25" XL Lower Unit Gear Case.
We fully disassembled and checked this lower unit. The gears are in like new condition.
We installed a new water pump and all new seals and o-rings. Pressure tested and held at 18 psi.
All of the splines on the driveshaft and prop shaft are good.
The prop shaft has 15 splines and the driveshaft has 8 splines.
The driveshaft measures approx 27 1/2" from the tip to the base of the water pump.

This lower unit fits some 25" X-Long Mercury and Mariner outboards from 1973-1988 with a 90 and 115 Hp 6 cylinder engine.
