Also included is the starter lockout cable, part number 63V-15770-00-00
This used Yamahapull starter is in good used condition. The rope pulls and retracts smooth and functions as it should.
This outboard rewind starter is from fresh water use and has no corrosion.
This part fits some not all Yamaha outboards with 9.9/15 HP from 1996
