Very High Bond tape uses acrylic adhesive on both sides for strong bond to most surfaces. Replaces screws, rivets and studs to permanently adhere one substrate to another. Once materials are joined with 3M VHB Tape, a virtually indestructible weld is created. 3M? VHB? tape combines the most conformable acrylic foam with modified acrylic adhesive. Pressure sensitive adhesive bonds on contact with no drying time. Continuous bond distributes stress over entire length of the joined surfaces. Seals out water, moisture, salt and dirt. Can be used to a maximum temperature of +200 F. 45 mil thickness. Adhesion strength 25 lbs/in, foam density 50 lbs/sq ft.
