This sale is for one used Mercury outboard power head.
From :
2000 250 Horsepower Mercury 3.0L V6 EFI.
This marine boat part fits Mercury and Mariner outboards 225 and 250 3.0L EFI.
This power head works GREAT, we ran it hear befor removal. This was on a Wisconsin boat with about 500 hours on it. It looks like new.
Compression is even on all cylinders at 120 PSI
Cylinder leakage test is as follows:
Starboard top:13%
Starboard middle: 13%
Starboard bottom: 11%
All port cylinders average 6-8 % leakage.
So the port side is as good as new and the starboard side is very good. I did not detect any scratches or leaky spots in any cylinders durring the cylinder leakage test.
There is no damage or corrosion on this unit at all. It is from fresh water and the bolts and studs are in great shape. the paint is not burnt or melted at all.
We guarantee this is a good running powerhead.
