This sale is for a used Powerhead for Suzuki outboard motors.
Suzuki part numbers-
Crankcase: 11300-98501-01J
Exhaust cover: 14141-98502-01J
Cylinder head: 11111-98501-01J
Crankshaft: 12200-98841
Rods: 12161-35000
Pistons: 12110-98500
It ran well before we parted it out. The compression on the upper cylinder was 95psi and the lower cylinder was 105psi. It had 7% leak down on both.
It is for use on some Suzuki 5Hp outboard engines from 1980-82. It may fit others.
It was removed from a 1980 5HP G Model.
This powerhead is from freshwater and is in good shape. The cylinder head bolt that is missing from the picture is re-installed and was only removed for the removal of the grounding wire.
