For sale is one re-manufactured lower unit for Mercury outboard motors.
This lower unit is in great condition. It has been disassembled and internally inspected. All of the gears and bearings are in perfect condition. There are all new seals. We put in a new impeller. This case has been pressure tested and does not leak. The skeg is perfect.
The Mercury part numbers are 1667-9011G43 and 1667-9011G86 for the complete lower unit. The drive shaft part number is 45-854808A 1.
The drive shaft measures 23 1/2 inches from the case (base of the water pump housing) to the tip and has 13 splines. This is the long shaft. The prop shaft has 15 splines. This is the Bigfoot lower unit with a 2.31:1 gear ratio.
This lower unit should fit some Mercury 30, 40 and 50 Hp 4 stroke outboard motors from 1999 to 2005. Please research your application or ask us. You areresponsible to see if this is the right fit for you
