This sale is for one new 20" long shaft lower unit for Mercury and Mariner outboard motors.
Mercury part number 1623-6053A15
This is an original Mercury part, not aftermarket. There may be some scratches and scuffs from being moved around in storage.
The shaft is 22 3/8" long measured from the housing at the base of the water pump to the tip.
Drive Shaft Has 8 Splines.
Prop Shaft has 15 splines.
It should fit 90 and 115 Hp 6 cylinder Mercury and Mariner outboards from 1978 to 1987.
