This sale is for one used Force outboard Lower Gear Case Unit.
The Mercury part numbers for the gear case housing are 1600-819196A 3, 819196A3.
This Force lower unit gear case fits many 85 and 125 Hp models with a 20 inch shaft from 1985 to 1989.
The part number for the drive shaft is 45-817967A 6.
Drive shaft splines: 15
Prop shaft splines: 15
The drive shaft is about 23 3/4 inches from tip to the gearcase (base of the water pump housing).
This lower unit has been fully disassembled, cleaned and inspected. All of the gears look great. On one side the vent cover broke. You can see it in the pictures. We repainted the housing and it looks great! We put in all new seals, a drain and fill plug gasket and a new impeller.
There is no corrosion on this lower unit and it is guaranteed good when you get it. If you find any worn parts you can send it back for a full refund.
