The Mercury part number for the complete assembly is 1547-9412A22.
The Mercury part number for the empty case is 1547-9412A18. The 1.84 gear ratio set is part number 43-75325A3.
There is no damage or corrosion on this upper unit other than cosmetic. We have totally disassembled it and inspected it. We also installed new seals. All of the gears and bearings are original Mercury parts and all in perfect condition. This unit pressure tested up to 15 PSI. You will receive the exact unit you see pictured.

This upper unit is for 6 cylinder Mercruiser Alpha Ones from 1984-1991. If you change the drive shaft, it also fits pre-Alpha Mercruisers in the 1970's.
