This upper unit was pressure tested and it DOES leak. It will need new seals installed before use.
Ratio = 1.98 Gears are 20 and 24 teeth.
Fits: 4cylinder , 120/140 Mercruiser stern drives from 1967-1969. It may fit more than this.
