The Mercury part number is 1171-9812A8.
The casting number is 1171-9812-C.
This lower end cap has the oil seal still in it but you may need to replace it. This is a freshwater part from Wisconsin and it isn't all corroded out.
You will get a used Mercury lower end cap that is in good working condition. We may have more than one of these so you might not get the one in the picture. The one we send will be in the same general condition.
This lower end cap fits many Mercury and Mariner outboard motors from 1998-06 with 30-50 Hp engines.
