For sale is one re-manufactured lower unit for Evinrude Johnson outboard motors.
This lower unit is in great condition. It has been disassembled and internally inspected. All of the gears and bearings are in perfect condition. There are all new seals and a new water pump impeller. This case has been pressure tested and holds at 15 PSI.
OMC/BRP Part number for the lower unit without the driveshaft and the water pump housing: 0438617
The Part number for drive shaft 337397
The water pump housing: 0435390
The casting number is 338666 D-3.
The drive shaft measures 19 1/8 inches from the case to the tip and has 10 splines. This is the 20" long shaft.
The prop shaft has 13 splines.
The shift shaft is about 24" long.
This lower unit is in great condition, but there is some minor cosmetic paint damage from normal use.
This lower unit fits many Evinrude and Johnson outboard motors from 1996-2004, depending on the driveshaft and shift rod. Please check your application or ask us.
