The OMC/BRP part numbers are 0389335, 0397743, 0398935 and 0432708. The number on the part is 321649.
This swivel bracket comes with the Locking Lever Rod (390442). There is no damage (cracks) or corrosion on this part. There might be some cosmetic damage (paint chips/scratches/etc.), but nothing that will affect the working ability.
You will get a used swivel bracket that is in great working condition.
