This sale is for a drive shaft housing extension and a long drive shaft for certain 2, 3, 4 and 5 HP Evinrude & Johnson outboards from 1982 and older.
This housing extension kit fits on weedless Drives. These weedless drive gear cases are easily identifiable by their downward angled prop shaft.
The extension housing is 5 inches long.
The drive shaft is 27 1/4 inches long.
The drive shaft has 10 splines on each end.
This is not the same drive shaft that is used on non-weedless models.
There is no damage or corrosion on the 5 Hp Johnson lower unit extension kit.
Part number on the aluminum housing is 0310355, 310355
