For sale is one used Mercury Thunderbolt Ignition Outboard Front Cowling Cover.
This Mercury front hood cover is in great condition and doesn't have any cracks.
As you can see from the picture, there is a dent below the red "Marine" that is approx. 4" long.
Measures approx 9 5/8" tall and 9 3/8" wide
The decals are not faded or coming off. The sound absorber foam needs to be replaced. This front cowl cover will come with the knob and the starter cable.
This cowl front cover should fit some Mercury 500 50hp outboards from the early 1970's.
