This sale is for one Mercruiser engine for many, BUT NOT ALL, 1982-1997 Alpha One with GM 2.5 or 3.0 liter engines.
This is a 140 HP 3.0 Engine, but it fits the same as a 120 HP 2.5 Liter engine.
The motor runs great. It does not knock or rattle at all. This engine block was cracked from light frost. We repaired it with JB weld. The block was layed on its side and the crack was ground out for repair. It was filled in with two coatings of JB weld. It is fixed and a perfect running motor. We ran the engine for an hour after the seal job and it is perfect with no leaks at all. No water gets into the oil and the engine runs perfectly guaranteed.
The compression is 165-175 PSI on all four cylinders and this is guaranteed.
