The Mercury part numbers are:
-Forward & Pinion Set: 8M0096704, 43-8M0096704
-Forward gear stamped: 8M0095348
-Pinion stamped: 8M0095421
The forward gear has 25 teeth.
The pinion gear has 13 teeth.
This Mercury outboard lower gear case gear set isn't corroded. The gears have normal and minimal wear from use.
You will get one used Mercury/Mariner unit gear set that is in good working condition.
