New Mercury part, old stock. It does not have any packaging so it is showing storage wear. There is some rusting on the interior and some chips in the paint.
This part is now obsolete.

190 GM 283 V-8 1963-1964 1564539 THRU 1730903 (MERCRUISER)
225 (2 BBL.) GM 327 V-8 1963-1966 1539620 THRU 2278646 (MERCRUISER).
