This sale is for one used Force Outboard Lower Gear Case Unit.
The Mercury part numbers for the complete gear case housing are FC616054, 1600-819196A 1, 1600-819196A 2, 1600-819196A 3 and 819196A3.
This Force lower unit gear case fits 85 Hp models with a 20 inch shaft from 1984.
Drive Shaft part numbers: FK616128, 45-817967A 2, 45-817967A 6
Drive shaft splines: 15
Prop shaft splines: 15
The drive shaft is about 23 3/4 inches from tip to the gearcase (base of the water pump housing). This unit has the older style prop shaft that has a little bit longer tip for use of a prop with a cone nut, but it also fits newer props.
This lower unit has been fully disassembled, cleaned and inspected. The gears aren't worn down or broken. It has been pressure tested and it does not leak.
There is no corrosion on this lower unit and it is guaranteed good when you get it.
