Tag say 84-98422A2 (no part in mercury catalog with this number possible miss print)
This engine wiring harness should fit many 120 and 140 HP with 2.5 or 3.0 GM 4 Cylinder stern drives from 1982 to 1989. It fits the engines with the shift assembly on the bracket, not the valve cover.
The black plug has 9 holes. None of the wires are damaged or melted. You will receive one used Mercruiser 4 cylinder engine wire harness in great condition.
