The Mercury Mariner Top Cowl Retainer will fit some vintage 35 and 40 Hp outboards.

Latch: 94918 (casting number 94917)
Screws: 10-32228
You will receive one used Mercury Outboard cowl lever in excellent usable condition. It does have some paint missing.
There is no corrosion on this Mercury freshwater part.
