OMC Cobra 5.0 V8 Transom Gimbal Housing Assembly 986718
For sale is one Gimbal housing assembly from a 1994 OMC Cobra V8.
This boat transom assembly is in good used condition. There is no play in the joints or steering arm.
There is some minor corrosion on the back that you can see pictured.
There is a melted spon on the shift cable hose that you can see pictured.
Some of the OMC boat part numbers that are in this gimbal assembly are: gimbal assembly 986463 3858911, pivot housing 987570 987766, U-joint bearing 983937 3853807, and steering arm 913816 3852849 3852379.
