This sale is for one reconditioned Mercury and Mariner Outboard lower unit gear case.
This gear case has been fully disassembled and inspected. The gears are in like new condition. This is a fresh water part and is not corroded or pitted.
This case has all new seals and a new impeller. It has been pressure tested and held at 17 psi.
This is for use with 20" long shaft models. The driveshaft measures 22 1/4" from the tip to the base of the water pump and has 14 splines.
The prop shaft has 13 splines.
The pinion gear has 12 teeth. The forward and reverse gears both have 29 teeth.
