For sale one Remanufactured Mercruiser Alpha 1 Gen II Upper Unit Gear Case.
The Mercury part numbers are 1547-815930A14, 1547-815930A4 and 861063A 8.
This upper unit is in great condition. It has been professionally cleaned and inspected. All of the gears look perfect. They are all Mercury gears, not after-market.
The unit was pressure tested and held at 18 psi.
The splines on the driveshaft are in perfect condition. The u-joints are not worn or rusted and have no play.
This is a freshwater Wisconsin part with no corrosion.

This upper unit is for Generation 2 Alpha One Mercruiser stern drives with 4.3 liter V6 GM marine engines 1991 and newer. It has a 1.81 17:19 gear ratio. It may fit other models, please research your application or email us with your serial number and we can check for you.
