Has the 0329418 Synchronization adj. lever for the upper or lower carbs. This carb can be used on the Center by swapping this part with Lever & pin part number 0397036
Has the (0321108) 52D orifice plug
The butterfly moves freely
This OMC Carb should fit some not all 65 and 70 Hp Johnson and Evinrude outboards from 1989 and 1990.
