Has the Lever & pin part number 0397036 for the center carb throttle roller. This carb can be used on the upper or lower by swapping this part with 0329418 Synchronization adj. lever
Has the (0321108) 52D orifice plug
The butterfly moves freely
This OMC Carb should fit some not all 65 and 70 Hp Johnson and Evinrude outboards from 1989 and 1990.
